I'm Eric Tolon. I started this company because I kept meeting business owners who were great at the work and losing jobs anyway, to whoever showed up first on Google or picked up the phone first. I know how to fix that, and I'd rather do it for people I can look in the eye.
I served from 2003 to 2014 in Air Transportation, the people who load, move, and track everything that flies on a cargo plane: pallets, vehicles, passengers, and sometimes things that can't be late. It's a job where a missed detail costs somebody downrange, so you learn to build systems that don't depend on anyone remembering.
That work took me to ten countries and nine states. I'm a disabled veteran, and I'm proud of every bit of it.
My wife and I have three kids, and all three play hockey, which means our winters are spent in cold arenas at hours most people are still asleep. I coach in the Snake River Youth Hockey Association. We go to church. When there's daylight left over, I hunt, fish, and camp, and if something in the house breaks I fix it myself. Floors, drywall, whatever it is.
My wife keeps the books for the business. She's an English Language Learner specialist who runs her own channel, ELL Ready, helping teachers reach kids who are learning English. If you get an invoice from us, she's the reason it's right.
Most owner-operators I talk to don't have a marketing problem. They have a leak. Calls go to voicemail. Happy customers never get asked for a review. Old customers never hear from them again. The work is good, and the phone still doesn't ring the way it should.
I want to help businesses like that scale, not with hype, but by capturing more of the quality leads they're already earning. The tools I use aren't complicated. The difference is somebody setting them up right, watching them, and answering the phone when you call with a question. That's me.
Twenty minutes, no pitch deck. Tell me where the leak is and I'll tell you honestly whether I can plug it.
