Every invoice you've ever sent is a name and a phone number of someone who already trusts you. Most of them would hire you again tomorrow. They just haven't been asked. This is a campaign that asks.

A new lead has to find you, check your reviews, and decide to trust you. A past customer skipped all of that. You're not selling, you're reminding.
No ads, no lead fees, no driving out to quote strangers. A text to people who already have your number is the cheapest job you'll ever book.
If they haven't heard from you in two years, the next time they need the work they'll Google it. Whoever shows up first gets a customer you already earned.
Depends on list size and how much cleanup it needs. Most owners run one to see the replies, then set it up seasonally.
People you've done business with can be contacted about related services, and every message includes a way to opt out. We register your business with the carriers first so the texts are legitimate and deliverable, and anyone who says stop is removed for good.
It's normal. Half the lists I see are a QuickBooks export with duplicates and missing numbers. Cleaning it up is part of the job, and even a rough list of a hundred names is worth running.
Whatever's true. "Winter's coming, want your furnace checked before it's booked out?" works. So does "I've started doing gutters, thought of you." The message is short, specific, and sounds like you, because we write it with you.
It varies by trade and how long it's been, so I won't promise a number. What I will say is that a text to a hundred past customers almost always books more work than a hundred dollars of ads, and it does it the same week.
Twenty minutes on the phone. Tell me roughly how many past customers you've got and what you'd want to tell them, and I'll tell you what a campaign would look like.
